Thanksgiving Day Rewind… not so long ago.

Today’s editorial cartoon rewind is a combination of three blogs from last October’s trashing of Onni’s Lucy bronze camel during the Thanksgiving long weekend.  And to make matters worse, shortly thereafter Onni’s henchmen verbally accused an innocent senior (Bryan May) in a handicap scooter passing by as the leader of the pack behind the deification of their precious fake art bronze camel.  #OnniHenchmen

Adjacent to the disfigured bronze camel statue there is a Onni plaque that emphatically argues this is a historically correct example of  the camel used during the North Shore mini gold rush.  The truth of the matter is it was the hardier “Dromedary two hump camel” used and even this breed did not perform or live up to expectations.  #OnniFakeNews

Of course this did not stop wannabe night-mayor Buchanan to state in an NSN interview that this Arabian one hump camel did in fact represent the kind of camel used during the 1858 Fraser River Gold Rush…  Buchanan and her supporters wonder why I depict her wearing crazed glasses, this being only one of many reasons.  #Vote4ChangeOct20

… And yesterday while enjoying a fresh java at Beans on Lonsdale in walks Horsetrader Clark tossing his campaign biz card on my table, turns and walks away not saying a word… On my way out he was seemingly having a fake news interview where I placed his campaign card on his table saying “I don’t need this.”  We then unfortunately ended up in a feisty back and forth exchange where at one point he told me to go back to Ontario – don’t know where that came from.  Then told me to drink some more of Kerry Morris’ milk – ignorant to the fact that I am not working for Morris’ campaign.  Do you really want a delirious hotheaded density bedfellow as your city’s next mayor?

Meanwhile back at today’s Thanksgiving flashback.
